With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Curtis Ellmore specializes in tenant representation and portfolio strategy across Southern California, particularly in the greater Orange County area. His expertise encompasses site selection, lease relocations / renewals, transaction management, site and building acquisitions and dispositions for office and industrial users. Throughout his career, Ellmore has successfully completed more than 10 million square feet of office lease transactions, primarily in the Los Angeles and Orange County markets. Prior to joining Redwood West in 2025, Ellmore held the position of Managing Director at JLL, where he was consistently ranked among the company’s top tenant representation professionals. Ellmore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from California State University, Long Beach. He is actively involved in the community, serving on the planning commission for the city of Newport Beach and as a member of the Hoag Hospital Irvine Advisory Committee. His professional achievements include multiple “Broker of the Year” awards from The Irvine Company, “Top Gun” awards while at JLL and recognition as a CoStar “Power Broker”.
