Curtis Cluff is a Multi-Family, Investment and Self-Storage specialist in the Cushman & Wakefield Boise, Idaho office. Curtis joined the Boise Cushman & Wakefield group in 2021 to help the firm expand their presence in the multi-family sector. Curtis started his commercial real estate career as a property analyst for a national real estate investment firm where he performed analysis on the acquisition of over half a billion dollars in investment properties. As a Boise native and a lifelong investor in Boise real estate, his knowledge of the Idaho market and its rise to the national spotlight gives a valuable and unique perspective to the Boise Cushman & Wakefield multi-family team. Blending his local market knowledge and perspective with the World Class service and National Exposure of the Cushman & Wakefield corporate platform allows him access to institutional grade assets and investors, while still delivering the personal, focused attention that private investors desire. Before joining the Cushman & Wakefield team in Boise, Curtis oversaw all brokerage transactions in the state of Idaho as the Designated Broker for Marcus & Millichap. When he’s not engaged with his clients, Curtis spends his time with his family enjoying activities like camping, fishing, snow skiing and building classic cars.
