Curt Swilley, Jr.

Curt Swilley grew up in Atlanta and has been active in the Real Estate Market since 1995. From 1996 – 2008, he mostly focused on land investments and residential development. Through partnerships and relationships, he has developed over 1100 lots in the Atlanta area and controlled over 20 different land tracts ranging from .5 acres to 150 acres. In 2011, he started to work with Provident Real Estate Advisors to help build their Single Family Rental portfolio. Since then, Provident merged with another partner to form Silver Bay Property Corp, Symbol SBY on the New York Stock Exchange. He was the VP of Acquisitions for Silver Bay in Atlanta and oversaw the acquisition of 1,000 homes from 2011 to 2013 in the Atlanta Market. He is the currently the broker and a principal of Rock River Realty LLC and is focused on brokerage and infill development in the Southeast.
