Currently with NAI Burns Scalo, Curt brings a wealth of experience from his previous role leading a dynamic team of brokers and lease administration professionals. In this capacity, he managed over 500 brokerage transactions annually for multiple Fortune 500 clients. Over the past decade, Curt has been instrumental in executing more than 200 industrial build-to-suit transactions across North America, with projects ranging from 10,000 square feet to over 1 million square feet. Outside of his professional life, Curt is dedicated to his family, enjoying travel and the outdoors with his wife and four children. He also values giving back to the community, supporting various national and local charities, and serving on the school board of Penn Christian Academy.
