Curt Berlin, SIOR

Curt has been involved in commercial real estate since 1987 and has consistently been one of NAI Ohio Equities’ Top Producers. His focus and expertise are in the industrial sector with a specialization in landlord and tenant representation as well as industrial investment sales. His scope of services includes negotiation of lease and sale contracts, creating and implementing leasing and sales marketing programs, consulting, property valuation (BOVs), lease versus sale comparison analysis, lease comparison analysis and investment analysis. He works with a wide range of clients on a local, regional and national basis. Born and raised in Grandview Heights, Curt is a lifelong resident of Columbus and resides in Grandview with his family. He is an alumnus of The Ohio State University, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration.
