Curt Arthur, SIOR

Curt has been transacting the largest office and industrial real estate transactions throughout the Willamette Valley since 1990, with over $1.25B in closed sales and leases during his career. Before joining Capacity Commercial Group as a Principal in 2026, Curt served as a Managing Director within SVN International, serving as the Chair of their National Advisory Board and the National Industrial Product Council. Curt is a proud member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and serves in leadership roles nationally and within the local Oregon/SW Washington Chapter. He is a past recipient of the Realtor of the Year and Commercial Realtor of the Year and has been awarded the Bill Frey Memorial Commercial Transaction of the Year five (5) times. Giving back to the community is vitally important to Curt as he has chaired several non-profit organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club, the Red Cross, and the Salem Area Chamber of commerce. He currently sits on the board for the Strategic Economic Development Corporation (SEDCOR), and is a foundation trustee for both Chemeketa Community College as well as the Boys & Girls Club.
