We represent institutional and private clients with their investments sales and leasing needs. After starting my career in brokerage and successfully closing my first medical office building transaction in 2014, l transitioned into a development role within the hospitality industry. This experience working with real estate developers and owners to identify key development locations, perform real estate underwriting, and negotiate long-term franchise agreements provided me with a deep appreciation for the broker/client relationship. Diligence, commitment, and delivery of informative, actionable data has helped me create lifelong relationships with my clients.
