Cristy focuses exclusively on tenant representation and providing corporate real estate advisory services for local, national and global companies. Much of her success derives from her ability to provide clients with an arsenal of services, including strategic planning, comprehensive financial analysis and portfolio optimization that impacts the bottom line. Her body of work has included lease negotiations, restructures, expansions, contractions, relocations, site selection and dispositions. With a background in investment banking, coupled with a consultative approach, Cristy helps her clients align overall operational and business strategy with their real estate needs. Prior to joining Savills, Cristy was Vice President for Cresa and Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer, and held positions at CBRE, Trammell Crow and Wells Fargo Securities.
