Craig Romm

Craig Romm serves as the Managing Director of Helmsley Spear, LLC focusing on advising and representing users of office space, mainly in the greater New York Metropolitan Area. Craig Romm is a fifteen-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Romm is a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council. Over the course of his career, Mr. Romm has negotiated millions of dollars worth of transactions on three continents and advised dozens of corporate and not-for-profit organizations. In addition, Mr. Romm has close to a decade of experience in public policy, having worked at the prestigious Center for Strategic & International Studies as well as in the federal government. Mr. Romm has also worked for and advised several political campaigns across the country and has had op-eds published in newspapers such as the San Diego Union-Tribune and Financial Times.
