Craig Panzirer

Panzirer comes to Rudin from Global Holdings Management Group. As Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing, he oversaw leasing operations, tenant relations and worked closely with the operations team on construction management and capital planning. In 2025, Panzirer led the execution of 72 leasing transactions totaling more than 1.3 million square feet. He also partnered closely with senior management teams on annual budgeting, leasing forecasts, vacancy planning and capital deployment strategies. Prior to Global Holdings, Panzirer led leasing for Vornado's 10.5 million-square-foot PENN portfolio.
