Craig Oram is a Managing Director of LaSalle Debt Investors (formerly Latitude Management Real Estate Investors). He leads the originations team, with responsibility for the sourcing, pricing, structuring, underwriting, and closing of equity and debt investment across all commercial real estate property sectors. Since joining the firm in 2005, he has been directly involved in the acquisition and origination of over $3 billion in equity and debt investments. Craig serves on the company’s investment committee. Prior to joining LaSalle Debt Investors, Craig was a Director in the New York office of Andersen Corporate Finance LLC, a middle market investment bank. He was responsible for mergers & acquisitions and structured finance transactions, as well as providing specialized corporate finance advice.
