With over 28 years of commercial real estate experience in Denver, he is especially adept at helping property owners and small to medium sized companies meet their real estate goals. Specializing in the lease and sale of industrial and commercial properties, Craig provides clients an in-depth knowledge of building construction, management and the lease and sale of real property. After college, Craig started his own commercial tenant finish company and thereafter had a career in property and asset management at Pacifica Holding Company/First Industrial Realty Trust (a publicly traded REIT). In 1999, he joined Fuller and Company which later became Cushman & Wakefield and then moved his business to NAI Shames Makovsky in 2021 and started at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors in 2024.
