Mr. Lewis leads the organization. Mr. Lewis has extensive knowledge of all aspects of commercial brokerage, property development and operations including development, construction management, repositioning, environmental issues, zoning, government agency relations, and asset management. Over his career, Mr. Lewis has been involved in the ownership and development of numerous commercial offices, retail developments, and multi-family units. He has over 40 years of experience as a real estate partner, owner, CEO, and Broker in California. He has been involved in the management of over $7B+ in real estate transactions. Prior to the creation of Lewis Capital Advisors, Mr. Lewis served as the Owner and President of Sylvan Property Management Company — a full scale property management operation for commercial office, retail, and multi-family unit properties based in Modesto, California. During his years of leadership, Mr. Lewis not only built a nationally recognized brokerage but also a portfolio of investment properties with national and regional tenets. He has also brought various partnerships together generating upwards of 10% (pre-tax) annual returns. He has a keen eye for the properties matching each client’s needs.
