Meet Craig, a lifelong resident of the Allen County/Hancock County areas, whose roots are deeply embedded in the community. A proud graduate of Marietta College, Marietta, Ohio, Craig holds a bachelor's degree, and he furthered his education at Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, OH, where he earned a master's degree. Additionally, he pursued studies at the University of Dayton, obtaining an Education Specialist degree, and delved into Real Estate Law, Appraisal, and Finance at Rhodes State College. Dedicated to making a positive impact, Craig is actively involved in various community endeavors. As the President of the Country Club Hills/Twin Lakes Neighborhood Association, he plays a crucial role in fostering community bonds. His commitment extends to memberships in the Lima YMCA and St. Luke's Lutheran Church, reflecting his dedication to both physical well-being and spiritual growth. Craig's professional journey spans an impressive 30-year career in public education. He served as a Teacher and Coordinator in the Lima City Schools, became Educational Coordinator with the Allen County Schools, and eventually became Director of Special Education with Shawnee Local Schools. Craig retired from education in 2001, leaving behind a legacy of service, leadership, and a profound impact on countless students and colleagues.
