Currently, Craig specializes in the acquisition, disposition, assemblage and development of commercial land. This includes representing landowners or developers in a wide array of services such as marketing, compliance with local land use policies, and zoning considerations. Prior to joining CBRE|Hubbell Commercial, Craig was a leading producer in the wireless industry. Additionally, Craig has a diverse background in the hospitality sector with Marriott Hotels, the building industry with Home Depot, as well as independent commercial and residential contractors.
