Craig’s unique background with real estate sales, development, land-use planning and construction has enabled him to successfully execute complex transactions on behalf of his clients from Santa Barbara to San Diego. Craig is also a licensed landscape architect and was responsible for designing and managing the construction of exclusive projects throughout Southern California which adds value to his clients. His broad industry experience, attention to detail, passion for marketing and sales and world class customer service has earned him recognition throughout the industry. As a strategic thinker, Craig’s focus on progressive marketing, innovative advertising and leveraging his industry relationships enables him to deliver results. Real Estate has been a part of the Delahooke family for three generations. Craig’s father and grandfather owned a real estate company in Sierra Madre named Delahooke & Associates.
