Craig graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelors in Real Estate and Finance. Craig was then Director of Store Development at Sherwin Williams. He was responsible for opening over 20 new and relocated stores in the multi-state area annually. In 1991 Craig became VP of Store Development at Rite Aid Corporation. Craig developed and opened over 1,000 stores in nine year. He was responsible for a year budget of more than $100 million. Craig took his vast real estate background and founded Cozza Enterprises LLC in 1999. Craig loves to cycle, and spend time with his wife and kids. Through the years CE has worked with national tenants such as Family Dollar, Ride Aid, Wendy’s, UPMC, and GNC. Cozza Enterprises has created over $100 million in value since its founding in 1999. Cozza Enterprises is very community oriented and believe in giving back to the city of Pittsburgh.
