Craig Capo

Craig started Industrial Property Group in 2002 with the goal of serving the industrial and commercial real estate needs of companies in his hometown. A Tampa native and a Florida real estate broker for over 40 years, Craig specializes in leasing and selling warehouses, distribution buildings, manufacturing plants, service centers and industrial land. Prior to forming Industrial Property Group, Craig was a top producer at Cushman and Wakefield, the Krauss Organization and Trafalgar Developers, a wholly owned subsidiary of General Electric. The Tampa Bay Commercial Brokers Association named Craig Broker of the Year. He is also a past President of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors, which is the Commercial Real Estate Board for the seven counties on the west coast of Florida. Craig has successfully completed over 900 industrial real estate transactions totaling over 7 million square feet of industrial buildings and over 170 acres of vacant industrial land.
