Craig Blanchard

Craig Blanchard is a Managing Partner and the Head of Investment Management at The Wolff Company. Craig is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and oversees all joint venture and preferred equity investment activity. He joined The Wolff Company in 2022 and has partnered with Wolff for more than ten years. Prior to formally joining Wolff, he was a Managing Director at Makena Capital Management where he oversaw Makena’s real estate investment portfolio. Prior to joining Makena, Craig was a Managing Director overseeing real estate at Stanford Management Company. Before joining Stanford, Craig was a Principal and Head of Special Situations at the Townsend Group. He holds a BA from University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA from Stanford University.
