Craig Benson

Craig has over 30 years’ experience in all facets of real estate with a particular expertise in retail leasing. Over the course of Craig’s career, he has developed extensive relationships with owners, developers and numerous national and regional retail chains. Craig’s focus has expanded from Manhattan and the boroughs to Westchester, the Lower Hudson Valley of NY and Connecticut. Retail clients have included, ShopRite/Wakefern, JP Morgan Chase Bank, McDonald’s, Crate & Barrel, Levi Strauss, and Fed Ex Office. He has exclusively represented over 1 million square feet of retail space for some of the top landlords in the region including Millennium Partners, Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Solow Management Corp., Related Properties, Koll, Bren, Schreiber Realty Advisors, Rabina Realty Inc., Eastgate Realty, Intertech Development Corporation and Guardian Life Insurance Company. Craig holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from Boston University. He has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York since 1986 and is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
