Courtney Pickard is an experienced real estate professional who specializes in working with investors, developers, and buyers purchasing single family homes, multi- housing, land, and development opportunities. As Managing Partner of the Bryant \ Reichling Team, she has overseen $1B+ in transactions and has successfully launched sales & marketing programs for 20 new development communities in Los Angeles. A 2015 graduate from Loyola Marymount University with an MBA in Finance; her skill sets span all mediums of a deal from marketing and photo producing to pro-forma analysis and acquisitions underwriting for developers and investors. Naturally oriented toward communication and problem-solving, she prides herself on being responsive, creative, and knowledgeable as she assists her clients in achieving their unique real estate goals. Courtney is currently fixing up her 100 year old home in Silver Lake home and in her free time enjoys entertaining, gardening, and walking.
