With nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Courtney Phipps has built a career grounded in a comprehensive understanding of the real estate process. Her career began in title work, where she gained valuable experience in the settlement and closing process before progressing into real estate sales and representing clients in both commercial and residential transactions. Throughout her career, Courtney has worked with property owners, investors, landlords, tenants, business owners, buyers, and sellers across a wide range of real estate needs. Her diverse background gives her a unique perspective on each transaction, allowing her to understand not only the sales and leasing process, but also the many details involved in taking a transaction from initial negotiations through settlement. Courtney’s newest venture into property management completes her vision of providing clients with a true one-stop-shop real estate experience. By offering expertise in sales, leasing, acquisitions, and property management, she is able to support clients throughout every stage of property ownership and investment. Known for her hands-on approach, persistence, and commitment to her clients, Courtney takes pride in building long-term relationships and providing knowledgeable, solution-focused service. Deeply connected to the Southern Maryland business community, she is passionate about helping property owners, investors, and businesses navigate opportunities and achieve their long-term real estate goals. Outside of real estate, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband, son and three cats. An avid reader and writer, she has a passion for storytelling and is currently working on her own novels. She also enjoys watching classic films and finding inspiration in great stories, whether they are told on the page or the screen.
