
With more than 10 years of experience in Insurance and Risk Management specializing in Real Estate, Construction and Financial Services, Courtney Osborne is the Vice President of Insurance and Risk Management for El Ad US Holding, Inc. Among her many responsibilities at El Ad, she oversees Insurance and Risk Management for North America which includes managing El Ad’s extensive Real Estate portfolio, consisting of residential, retail, office and senior living properties, numerous residential construction projects as well as all Real Estate acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining El Ad, Courtney served as the Head of Risk Management for Starwood Capital Group, a private equity firm with a focus on Real Estate and Hospitality, and oversaw Billions of Dollars of Real Estate acquisitions all over the world in addition to managing a $12 Billion Real Estate and Hospitality portfolio. Previously, Courtney was an Account Executive in the Real Estate practice at Arthur J. Gallagher, an internationally recognized insurance brokerage firm, in Boston and also held a National New Business Development role at Crawford & Company in New York City working with various Real Estate firms to streamline their claims management processes. Courtney currently serves as the President of the New York City Metro Chapter of WIFS, Women in Insurance & Financial Services, and as Secretary of NYCAIW, New York City Association of Insurance Women, formerly NAIW. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dickinson College and is currently pursuing her ARM (Associate in Risk Management), a widely recognized technical insurance designation.
