Courtney is a 2nd generation REALTOR® and grew up with a mom in the business. She has been licensed since 2010 and absolutely love what she does! In 2019, Courtney opened her own office, Red Door Realty Group, and in 2022 she started her own team, The Marsh Team - Brokered By Red Door Realty Group. Courtney is a 9th Generation resident of St Clair County and a 6th generation to O’Fallon. She is the proud mom of 5 and understands the needs of busy & moving families. Courtney is a FULL-TIME Real Estate Agent. This is her only business and work in the market EVERY day to stay current and up on trends.
