Cory Sovine

Cory has worked in various capacities of commercial real estate since 1999 and has been a broker and retail specialist since 2006. He has represented and advised tenant clients across the retail spectrum transacting deals from "mom and pop" retailers locally in Wisconsin to national accounts with Kohl's and Lands' End closing deals from Boston to Miami to Hawaii. Currently in the state of Wisconsin he exclusively represents a number of national and local tenants with sub-specialties in boxes, F&B and dispositions. Cory also has worked extensively as a landlord representative with local and institutional clients performing various duties from leasing to investment sales including dozens of REO sales on behalf of clients such as LNR, BMO Harris and PNC.
