J. Cory Mills

Cory handles all purchasing, sales & leasing of ONB properties. He manages facilities and staff in building and maintains over 200 properties in six states. Cory Mills brings extensive Real Estate knowledge and experience to the Woodward Team of professionals. Cory joined Woodward Commercial Realty in 1998 and immediately made an impact on the local Commercial Real Estate scene, earning Top Salesperson for Woodward in his first year of service. He has remained at or near the top of the sales force every year since. As a licensed real estate broker, Cory's ability to accurately value properties and his willingness to work tirelessly for his clients combine to make him one of Evansville's leading commercial real estate agents. While Cory has many clients with large real estate holdings, he is equally involved with helping "first-timers" get into the real estate investment business. In addition to his responsibilities at Woodward, Cory and his wife Annelle are raising five children, and have a granddaughter. They are actively involved in McCutchanville Community Church and the Evansville Christian Life Center.
