Cory Fowler
Cory is a Managing Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 11 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity transactions throughout the United States. Throughout the course of his career, he has completed in excess of $8.7 billion in commercial real estate transactions on a broad range of properties, including multi-housing, retail, office, industrial and hotels. The capitalizations have included construction financing, conventional permanent financing and bridge financing, with a particular focus on equity placement transactions such as joint ventures and mezzanine debt. Starting in May 2009, Cory has worked in both the Dallas and Carolinas offices.
