Cory Barbieri

Cory Barbieri is a Partner and Vice President for Goodale & Barbieri Company and is personally active in brokerage, commercial real estate investment, development, and management in Washington State, Idaho, and Montana. Cory Barbieri has received sales and leasing awards from CoStar Power Broker Awards in almost every year since 2015 and continues to do so. In 2023, Cory was top two in the City of Spokane for sales transactions and leasing transactions. Cory previously served as a chairman on the Downtown Spokane Partnership board of directors in 2018. Cory graduated from Montana State University in 2000 and has been actively involved within the Spokane Community ever since with involvement in the Downtown Spokane Master Plan Update, Spokane Parking Steering Committee, and MultiCare Health Foundation Board. Cory has personally brokered over $500 million in real estate transactions over the course of his career.
