Corey Siegrist

Corey Siegrist is a Managing Director in JLL's Midwest region. With over thirteen years' experience as a broker and tenant representation specialist, Corey partners with growing companies to help them make smart real estate decisions, maximize efficiencies, improve productivity, and leverage current market conditions to realize cost savings. Corey goes beyond transaction negotiation to understand his clients' businesses and serve as a strategic advisor dedicating his knowledge, client loyalty, and local, regional, as well as national market expertise to maximize results. Specializing in transaction management execution services, Corey assists corporate clients on all types of transactions, including lease acquisitions, dispositions, buy-outs and strategic occupancy planning, as well as site location, business and economic incentives, and financial analysis. Corey is also responsible for expanding the region's client base and developing new business. In his free time, Corey enjoys traveling with his wife, son, and daughter and spending time with friends. He also play's (and watches) football, baseball, hockey, and basketball.
