Corey Sandberg

Corey joined Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors in 2015 and has assisted clients in over half a billion dollars’ worth of commercial real estate transactions. As an owner of multiple investment properties himself, Corey understands firsthand the opportunities and challenges of real estate ownership and is passionate about helping others realize the benefits of investing in real estate. Corey’s involvement in real estate began at age 12, when he started helping with his father’s business developing residential subdivisions in Arizona. At 16, he started his own business specializing in block retaining walls and landscape design. After high school, Corey joined the U.S. Army as an Airborne Infantryman and served for five years, including deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan. Following his military service, Corey walked on to the University of Idaho football team as a linebacker, where he played alongside his brother, Dallas. The Sandberg brothers’ journey was documented by numerous news outlets, including ESPN. Three years later, Corey graduated from the University of Idaho with a B.S. in Business and moved to Aurora, Colorado. Corey joined Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors immediately after graduating and has since been involved in hundreds of transactions across multiple disciplines of commercial real estate. His commitment to his clients and results-driven approach have earned him numerous Top Broker and Heavy Hitter recognitions throughout his career.
