Corey Laktas is a Commercial Leasing Agent - Previously worked for Legacy Commercial Property, now moved to work for Entre Commercial Realty based out of Arlington Height, IL. Corey joins Entre after 10 years with a family office that owns and operates over 600 retail locations totaling over 6 million square feet in 22 states across the United States. His last 5 years with the company were spent handling leasing, redevelopment and management of the company’s retail portfolio. His experience consists of working with both national and local retail operators in leasing commercial space. With a background in restaurant operations, he has used that knowledge to work with brands such as KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut to expand their footprint in various states. Corey has also been a part of ground-up real estate developments, the sale of assets to raise capital for future ventures, and the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve efficiencies at his former company
