Corey Hawtin

Corey is the founder and CEO of Core, and as a third generation real estate developer, brings considerable breadth and depth of professional experience to the management and oversight of the company. In addition to Core, Corey has founded and successfully grown three affiliate construction companies including Mazenga Building Group, one of Toronto’s most exclusive commercial and residential builders. Corey’s success has been driven by his passion for process driven management and value optimization of Core’s investments. Corey studied at Guelph University with a major in Finance and Economics.
