Corey Chase serves as a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Chicago office, where he specializes in representing industrial tenants in the metro area as well as nationally. Corey joined Newmark in 2015, after 11 years as a Principal at Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International. In this position, he represented office and industrial tenants, with an emphasis on food and beverage users with a focus on cold storage occupiers. Corey also has experience representing both institutional and entrepreneurial owners. To date, he has completed more than 100 million square feet of transactions with a value exceeding over a Billion dollars. Prior to Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International, Corey was Managing Director for Studley’s Chicago office. Prior to joining Podolsky, Corey was Managing Director for Studley’s Chicago office.
