Corey Bessner specializes in street, “big box”, lifestyle, community, strip and power center locations throughout Quebec. Prior to joining Aurora, Corey worked for a major international brokerage firm specializing in retail, as well as for a regional commercial Landlord managing a large portfolio of properties, providing him with the experience of working closely with both tenants and landlords. For many years now Corey has focused on tenant representation for several major national and international retailers across Canada as well as consulting for some of Quebec's largest developers and landlords on the retail components of their projects and properties. Retail site selection, strategy and negotiations are some of Corey's specialties.
