Corbin Bengston

Corbin Bengston began his real estate career in 2001 in his hometown of Austin, Texas. While in Austin, Corbin graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration, concurrent with a collegiate baseball career. Corbin specializes in corporate tenant representation, as he feels tenants are often underrepresented by brokers with ties to the landlord side. In addition, in decentralized real estate portfolios, the tenants often lack the expertise and access to market and financial analysis, and lease structure and negotiation. Corbin’s primary focus is helping users of office and industrial space and for all clients, Corbin’s main goal is to ensure their interests are represented, saving clients an estimated 20% in overall occupancy cost, while exposing risks and rewards with each transaction. In 2024 Corbin founded Bengston Commercial.
