Cooper Dalrymple is the Owner and Broker-in-Charge of Dalco Properties LLC, a boutique real estate firm he founded in January 2022, based in Fair Play, SC, and serving Northeast Georgia and the Upstate of South Carolina. With over 3 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, Cooper previously served as a Project Manager for Dalco Properties starting May 2021 before advancing to lead the firm. Educated at Georgia College & State University (2019–2021) and attending the College of Coastal Georgia (2016–2018), Cooper holds a background in Business Administration and Management. Before entering real estate, he gained customer service and operational skills while employed as a Cart Attendant at Sea Island Company (Aug?2016–Dec?2018).
