Conrad’s service offering focused on the entire life cycle of commercial properties combined with programmatic relationships with local municipality leaders, provides the capacity to shrink speed to market and maximize yields for clients. Conrad’s extensive experience  stems from advising the real estate growth for one of the largest Dunkin’ franchises in the United States. Growing their restaurant network from 14 locations in AZ in 2010 to over 185 locations across AZ, CO, NV, TX & FL as of 2025. Conrad advises several of Inspire Brands fastest growing restaurant operators.
