His extensive insight and experience enable him to forecast and anticipate market conditions and trends which allow his clients to capitalize and maximize their returns. He advises clients on all real estate occupancy matters including strategic facility planning, portfolio/lease administration services, transaction management, extensive market research and analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, subleases and dispositions, co-location negotiations, national facility roll-outs, build-to-suit analysis & sustainability. Conrad was a walk-on at Texas Tech University before graduating from Texas State University. Besides spending time with his lovely family, Conrad is extremely involved with Paladin Partners Foundation and their annual Give Back Gala, which supports Team Luke Hope for Minds and other charities that enrich the homeless, less fortunate, cancer research, and the true heroes of our country, the United States Veteran.
