Conor David

Conor David is a Director with Berkadia in the Columbus, Ohio office. Focusing on multifamily acquisitions and dispositions, Conor helps clients market their properties to attract qualified investors and works with investors to find assets that best fit their overall real estate portfolio objectives. Conor began his commercial real estate career in 2017 with NAI Ohio Equities, and over the past six years, he has consistently grown his business and continued to expand his presence in the Columbus commercial real estate community. In 2021, he co-founded the Investment Sales Team, which focused on the needs of buyers and sellers of investment properties across all asset classes. In total, Conor has closed over 200 transactions totaling over $100 Million since 2017. He has a BA in history from The Ohio State University, where he was captain of the varsity lacrosse team.
