Connor Weltmer

Connor Weltmer began his career at Crossroads in the summer of 2021 as an intern. During the internship he obtained his license in Kansas and Missouri and gained valuable experience with preparing leases, LOI’s and Broker’s Opinion of Value. He quickly became familiar with lease analysis and negotiation and managing CMLS websites. Connor graduated from the University of Arkansas in May of 2022 with a Bachelor of science in Finance with emphasis in Real Estate and became a full-time Associate at Crossroads Real Estate Group. His fresh perspective and skillset will be a great asset to the Crossroads team. ? Before Connor began his Real Estate career with Crossroads, he worked with several home remodeling and construction companies in the greater Kansas City area where he learned many useful skills that provide a great platform for his career in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. In Connor’s free time, he enjoys water sports, snow-sports, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
