Connor Sweeney

Connor joined Stream in May of 2024 as an Analyst in the Tampa office. Connor is responsible for sourcing office and industrial opportunities in the state of Florida with a focus on tenant representation. Prior to joining Stream, Connor has been in a business development role with the industrial brokerage team at JLL. His background in sourcing opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients allowed him to successfully acquire and lease Industrial Outside Storage properties in Tampa. Connor graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2024. In his free time, Connor enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, golfing, and traveling.
