Connor Montagano

Connor Montagano joined Newmark’s Greater Philadelphia Industrial brokerage team in January 2022. Connor works out of the Marlton, NJ office and specializes in industrial real estate along the New Jersey Turnpike corridor in central and southern New Jersey. He focuses on tenant and landlord representation services and has over 1,200,000 square feet of available industrial space in southern New Jersey. Connor also has experience within newly emerging industrial markets, including IOS (Industrial Outdoor Storage) and Cold Storage/Freezer spaces. Before joining Newmark, Connor worked within the land surveying, energy, and construction management industries overseeing large biopharma construction projects valued at over $200,000,000.
