Connor Lynch joined the Capital Retail Properties team in 2013 after receiving his BBA in finance from Texas A&M University. He was named the company’s Rookie of the Year in 2014. As an Associate for the firm, focusing on both tenant and landlord representation, he has been involved in leasing efforts totaling more than 500,000 square feet, plus recent transactions including the sale of Kingsley Crossing in Pearland and the purchase of Shops at Spring Village near the ExxonMobil campus. In addition to leasing a number of retail developments owned or managed by Capital Retail Properties, Connor is a landlord rep for RPAI, Wile Interests and Crow Holdings. As a tenant/buyer rep, his most active clients range from Cellular Sales, the largest Verizon dealer in the country and Grub Burger Bar to Pure Barre, and Wells Fargo Real Estate Asset Management. Connor is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
