Connor Desimone

Connor DeSimone joined CBRE’s NYC office in 2023 as an Associate working under Sinclair Li & Conor Denihan. Mr. DeSimone focuses on a diverse range of office users and is adept at strategizing and advising clients on a wide range of scenarios. Mr. DeSimone primarily works on tenant representation, and helps his clients grow their business through strategic real estate planning and execution. Prior to New York City, Connor began his real estate career in the Long Island office working in partnership with Martin Lomazow, Philip Heilpern, and Matt Manoogian. Mr. DeSimone focused on both landlord and tenant representation for office, medical office, and industrial users. While attending University, Connor served as an intern with John Dicamillo’s top-producing brokerage team in Arlington, VA. A graduate of Johns Hopkins University, Mr. DeSimone was a member of their Division I Men’s Lacrosse Team and recognized for Academic All-Big Ten selection, US Lacrosse All-American and as a Scholar Athlete. He is continuing his career in the Premier Lacrosse League with the Archers Lacrosse Club.
