Prior to working with NNN Pro, Connor developed an expertise in the franchise industry, working as the Director of Business Development for Take 5 Oil Change from 2019-2022. In this time he built trusted relationships with private equity groups, signing hundreds of units worth of Area Development Agreements, and driving the company from a small regional chain to a dominant national brand with over 900 locations. More recently, Connor formed a franchisee venture to develop 7 Brew Coffee stores and built the company’s first location in the state of Virginia. Connor graduated from Davidson College with a degree in Political Science.
