Colton Williams

Colton is a Multifamily Associate at Colliers Tampa, specializing in the sale of apartment assets across southwest Florida and in the Tampa Bay metro area. He is responsible for sourcing new opportunities, managing client relationships, enhancing marketing/financial analysis strategies, and coordinating deal execution from valuation to close. Previously, Colton served as a Financial Analyst with Colliers' East Coast Retail Investment Team (ECRIT), supporting the disposition of shopping centers, unanchored strip centers, and single-tenant net lease properties nationally. During his time with ECRIT, Colton directly participated in over $421 million in transactions. Prior to joining Colliers in 2023, Colton worked as a residential mortgage banker while completing his studies at Florida State University, where he earned a Master of Science in Finance and served as Vice President of his graduate cohort. Originally from the Denver area, Colton is a proud FSU alumnus and an avid sports fan.
