Colton Teglovic

Colton joined Kidder Mathews in 2023, following a successful tenure as an associate director in Savills’ Seattle office. While at Sevallis, he specialized in tenant representation for the manufacturing, industrial, and professional services sectors in the greater Puget Sound region. Prior to that, Colton started his career as an intern at Washington Partners and focused on collecting market data and analyzing tenant demand trends. His hard work and dedication led to a promotion in early 2018. Colton enjoys working with a broad range of clients and provides assistance to meet their unique needs. He strives to thoroughly comprehend his clients’ requirements and crafts tailored, industry-specific solutions for each client. By placing a strong emphasis on market research, Colton employs a data-driven approach to ensure the best outcome for his clients. Having grown up on the Eastside, Colton has directly witnessed the fast-paced development of the Puget Sound region. He went on to attend Washington State University as a scholarship athlete on the WSU Cougars football team. Colton’s connection to his alma mater remains strong, as he actively engages with and is a member of both the Cougar Athletic Fund and the CougsFirst! Association.
