Colleen Pratt, CCIM
Colleen graduated from Wichita State University in May 2015 where she majored in Marketing with an Emphasis in Real Estate. After earning her degree, Colleen moved to Kansas City and joined Block Real Estate Services, LLC (BRES) as a retail sales associate for two years. At BRES she was responsible for leasing retail space in existing shopping centers, shopping centers under development, and tenant representation throughout the Kansas City Metro. Colleen has been a commercial sales associate at Ferguson Properties, Inc. since October of 2017. She specializes in retail property leasing, sales, and tenant representation in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. Colleen is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Women in Commercial Real Estate Development (WIRED), and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Colleen's tenant client list includes: Casey's General Store, Liquor Houzz, Maru Sushi & Grill, Dunkin Donuts and several others. Her landlord client list includes: Epoch Development, SSIC, INC, NewQuest Properties, Walton Street Capital, Super Market Developers, INC, Asset Management Group, and Big Shopping Centers USA.
