Colleen Maguire

Colleen Maguire is an Associate Vice President in the brokerage services division of JLL’s New Jersey office. Colleen represents tenants as well as Class A office properties for landlords. Colleen also serves as a transaction manager on several corporate accounts within the Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) division. Prior to joining JLL, Colleen was an Associate at Newmark Knight Frank for 3 years. Colleen was a dedicated team member to one of the top producing brokerage teams with the firm. Colleen is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She also holds a certificate in Paralegal Studies from Boston University.
