Colin Scragg

Colin Scragg is part of the firm's commercial team based in Bath, having practised in Bath and Wiltshire since 1987, dealing with all aspects of commercial property matters to include property acquisition and disposals, landlord and tenant matters to include rent review and lease renewal advice to both landlords and tenants and valuation advice to include secured lending valuations. He is a panel valuer and deals with all High Street Banks including Lloyds TSB, HSBC, RBS, NatWest, Barclays and Clydesdale. He has a detailed knowledge of the Wiltshire property market having advised a wide range of private, national and regional clients. Colin is a past President of Trowbridge Chamber of Commerce.
